Who we are

AppStaff is a maritime recruitment platform built by people who understand how crewing actually works. We bring together shipping companies, crewing agencies and seafarers in one place, replacing scattered spreadsheets, email chains and outdated CV archives with a single, structured workspace for hiring at sea and ashore.

Our team combines maritime industry experience with modern software practice. We are not a general job board with a nautical filter bolted on, and we are not a traditional manning agent. We are infrastructure for the people who move ships and the people who sail them.

What we do

Why maritime

Maritime hiring has specific rules, specific documents and very specific timelines. A vessel does not wait. We chose to focus only on this industry so the platform can speak its language: STCW endorsements, flag state requirements, rotation patterns, joining ports, vessel types. Generic HR tools do not handle this. We do.
